I bought this [left] yesterday, and have been trying to figure out how to mount it to my lathe. So far it’s been a tricky situation. As I’ve got ot probably make a milling/spindle for my lathe, before I’m able to precisely drill and tap the gears and mount it to the back of the lathe [below].

Stupid USPS and Canadapost
Wow!
Shipping items with a customs sticker is surefire way to delay packages to be sent to a buyer.
Holy crap is there a delay.
Items without a customs sticker usually arrive within 1-2 weeks. As quick as 3 days.
But damn… this is getting rediculus, as one package took 3.5 weeks to get to the destination.
I also screwed up with one package, writing the wrong address, and it being shipped back to me. I felt like an idiot on that one, so I offered the buyer her shipping fees back, or a complete refund if she so desired. She choose neither, and just wanted the item.
What’s happening with the postal system? It’s falling apart. No wonder FedEX, UPS and the like have gained so much ground in the past years.
